线上祭拜 Online Praying

1. This service will be provided at TBA ANCESTRAL MEMORIAL HALL. TBA staff will perform the dedication service at the tablet.
此服务将在本会功德堂进行。本会职员将在莲位前代家属献上心意。

2. Only Vegetarian Set for the entire package.
只限素食套餐。

3. Purchaser Information 签购者信息
• The purchaser must provide the following details to assist TBA staff in processing the service:
签购者需提供以下信息以便本会秘书处处理。
Purchaser Details: Full name, mobile number (WhatsApp), Family Seniority Appellation and Date to confirm the service.
签购者信息：全名、手机号码(WhatsApp)、辈分称呼及祭拜日期，用于确认服务。
Ancestor Details: Tablet number and the Deceased Name of the ancestor.
先人信息 ：填写莲位号码以及一位/代表欲悼念的先人名字
Please leave your message in the “Dedication Verse” column.
签购者可在 “功德回向文” 栏里填写欲献给先人回向。

4.Ancestor Allocation 配套限制
• Each package is valid for ONE (1) tablet only.
每份配套仅限于一 (1) 个莲位。

5. Service Confirmation 服务确认
• 本会将在收到签购者下单后，本会秘书处在七 (7) 天内通过WhatsApp联系向签购者批准结果，之后将在预约日期前3天再进行温馨通知与发送云端视讯会
议(Zoom)链接。

6. Vegetarian Dishes and Fruit Offerings Substitution 素菜与供果的替换
• 不提供菜单。每一道菜都是根据当日挑选的不同食材精心制成。
No menu available. Each dish is carefully prepared based on the different ingredients selected that day.
• 食物的内容根据当日的采购情况可能会有所变化。
The contents of the food may change depending on the purchase situation on the day.
• 供果视库存情况而定。
Fruit Offerings are subject to stock availability and may vary.

7. Flower Design and Substitution 花卉设计及替换
• Flower designs are subject to stock availability and may vary.
花卉设计视库存情况而定。
• In the event of shortages, substitutions will be made with flowers of similar or higher quality.
如发生花材短缺，将以同等或更高品质的花材替换。

8. Payment and Refund Policy 付款及退款政策
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
购买时需一次性全额付款。
• Once payment is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be allowed except for unavoidable circumstances
such as unforeseen service disruptions.
付款确认后，除不可抗等不可避免的情况外，一概不接受取消、退款或更改。

9. Package Validity 有效期
• The package is valid only for the specified remembrance service dates listed above.
本配套仅限于上述指定的服务日期献上心意。

10. Service Modifications 服务更改
• 本会与签购者所订之日期与时间，不得随意更改。

11. Limitation of Liability 责任限制
• TBA will not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to
natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
如因不可抗力（包括但不限于自然灾害、政府限制或其他不可控因素）导致的服务中断，本会不承担任何的责任。
• If disruptions occur, alternative arrangements will be communicated promptly to the purchaser.
若发生服务中断，本会秘书处将及时与签购者沟通并做替代安排。

12. Data Privacy 数据隐私
• The purchaser’s personal details will be used solely for the purpose of service processing and communication. TBA ensures
compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
签购者的个人信息仅用于服务处理及沟通。本会将遵守相关隐私法规。

13. Acknowledgment 确认
• By purchasing the package, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
签购本配套即视为客户已确认并同意以上条款与条件。
